Operating at the border of Vietnam and Cambodia, An Giang Dong Thap Alliance for the Prevention of Trafficking (ADAPT) seeks to prevent the trafficking of young girls and women by enhancing their educational attainment and improving their vocational choices through a supportive web of services.
